Aloha Stadium project gets OK to go with single developer
One contractor will develop both the entertainment district and the stadium, instead of splitting the projects between separate contractors as had originally been planned. Under the previous plan, the state would’ve acted as a sort of middleman, using revenue from its ground leases in the entertainment district to help finance the stadium construction.
