Hawai‘i REALTORS® Names Jack Legal REALTOR® of the Year
Each year since 1967 the award has recognized an outstanding REALTOR® in Hawai‘i for work in the interest of fellow REALTORS®, the profession and the community.
Hawai‘i REALTORS®, a leading statewide professional trade organization for the real estate industry, has named Jack Legal the 2022 Hawai‘i REALTOR® of the Year. The award was announced at the Hawai‘i REALTORS® convention at the Sheraton Waikiki in September.

“Hawai‘i REALTORS® is pleased to recognize Jack’s longtime leadership and service in Hawai‘i real estate,” said Kelly Liberatore, president of Hawai‘i REALTORS®. “For the past three decades he has been a dedicated advocate for housing issues throughout the state and at the national level.”

Legal, who served as the 2020 President of Hawai‘i REALTORS®, earned his Hawai‘i Real Estate License in 1991 and founded Legal Realty in 2000. He was president of the Honolulu Board of REALTORS® in 2015, and he was recognized as the organization’s REALTOR® of the Year in 2020. He has also served in several roles with the National Association of REALTORS®.
“I am honored to be recognized with this statewide award, and I look forward to continuing my work as an advocate for the Hawai‘i real estate industry,” Legal said.
