‘Ohana Nui’s Macadamia Nut Cookies Are “Both Chewy and Crunchy”

‘Ohana Nui says its macadamia nut cookies are inspired by local flavors and made with local ingredients. The blend of candied fruit and macadamia nuts create a unique treat that is “both chewy and crunchy,” the company says.

The flavors include Ginger Coconut Macadamia, made with candied ginger – “a hot spicy chew and a counterpoint to the crispiness of the macadamia cookie” – Li Hing Pineapple Macadamia, made with candied pineapple, coconut and a powdery sprinkling of li hing mui, an Island favorite; and Chocolate Mocha Macadamia, made with Kona coffee combined with chocolate bits and ginger.
