Hot sauces by HI Spice are crafted on Maui with locally grown produce such as liliko‘i, guava, pineapple, mango, papaya and peppers to create a balance of heat and flavor.

Img 8099Justin and Katie Orr offer 18 varieties ranging from their mild liliko‘i hot sauce to the extreme Ho Brah! Other flavors include jalapeño lime, kumquat, turmeric ginger and pineapple habanero.

“When you purchase a bottle of HI Spice you are also supporting a number of local farmers in Hawai‘i,” say the Orrs. “They are the foundation and future of this farm-to-bottle experience.”
