HMSA’s partner, Navvis, was affected by a cybersecurity incident. At this time, there is no evidence of any identity theft or fraud occurring as the result of this incident. Due to the nature and complexities of the incident, it took time to identify the individuals affected. Navvis is sending notification letters at HMSA’s request to impacted individuals as they are identified. We take this situation seriously and acted immediately to respond and support the investigation.
