TROs Filed Against’Flash’ Actor, Court Documents Confirm

Temporary restraining orders were filed against a Hollywood actor following an interaction with two individuals on Monday, March 28.

Two TROs were filed against Ezra Miller on Tuesday, March 29, in 3rd Circuit Court. Petitioners sought the restraining orders for an injunction against harassment. According to court documents, the petitioners say, Miller, an actor who has played the Flash in DC films, burst into the bedroom of the petitions and threatened them.

The court documents state that Miller stole the passport and wallet from the petitioners. The wallet held a social security card, driver’s license, bank cards and various other items.

“The respondent is famous and wealthy; this makes access to weapons much easier as well as sending associates to harass the petitioner,” the court document states.

No hearing has been scheduled for the TROs at this time.

Prior to the filing of the TROs, Miller was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and harassment following an incident at a Hilo bar on Sunday, March 27. During the course of their investigation, Hawaii police determined the 29-year-old became agitated while patrons at the bar began singing karaoke. Miller began yelling obscenities and at one point grabbed the microphone from a 23-year-old woman singing karaoke (disorderly conduct offense) and later lunged at a 32-year-old man playing darts (harassment offense). The bar owner asked Miller to calm down several times to no avail.

Miller was released from custody after posting $500 bail. A hearing on the case is scheduled for April 26. No court documents have been filed at this time.
