The state's been granted more than $2 million to move forward with the State National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Plan -- hoping it will make the biggest impact on one of Hawaii's clean-energy goals.

HONOLULU (KITV) - 11 new Electric Vehicle charging stations will go up soon across all islands.

The federal Department of Transportation granted the state more than $2 million to move forward with the “State National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Plan."
