A portion of the parking lot at Nāwiliwili Park fronting Kalapakī Bay, in Līhu‘e, will be closed starting tomorrow for repairs due to damages caused by the high surf over the weekend.

According to the county Department of Parks and Recreation, crews will close the parking lot and driveway section of the park. The closure will be effective midnight Tuesday.
