    Environmental group Earthjustice is hoping the Grand Wailea resort’s agreement will set an example for other establishments. After traveling thousands of miles, Hawaiian petrel fledglings typically return to Hawaii nesting sites.

The Grand Wailea resort on Maui has reached an agreement with several conservation groups to reduce its bright lights to protect endangered Hawaiian petrels, resolving a lawsuit filed earlier this year. Read more
