As we continue to work through COVID-19 anxieties, we will need to be more cognizant of our employees’ needs.

The day-to-day stress can influence an employees’ performance and we need to be able to offer solutions and support. Most companies have an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that can help employees deal with stress and other obstacles faced in today’s world. If you do not have an EAP, the state offers hotlines that can also offer some advice and guidance.

It is important that we all realize that asking for help is not a sign of weakness, but a sign of strength. We are all in this together – #HawaiiStrong.
